CRI Resolves Liability Issue for Major Health Care Company

These web pages were simultaneously stored in the contract management database for easy retrieval. System users could navigate through several pages, and each result they examined would be captured automatically as part of the contract entry process.

In addition, this guaranteed that results couldn't be forged by a dishonest and technically savvy employee. Since the web site data is sent to the application server first, and from there it is made available to the user, there is no opportunity for manipulation. The corporation eliminated their exposure to potentially major liability, and in the process simplified their user's data entry process, thanks to their partnership with Castle Rock Innovations.
